A Beautiful Weekend

After a crazy work week, with on and off rain showers and thunderstorms, the weekend is shaping up to be pretty nice. The cold front passing through will help cool the temperatures down starting today lasting through the weekend. This will keep the humidity in check, so it will be nice and comfortable outside. The high pressure system will help to keep the clouds away and we will be left with plenty of sunshine. For Friday and Saturday, temperatures will be in the middle and upper 70s. Slowly beginning to warm up into the work week. Get out and enjoy one of the most beautiful weekends of the August month.

Pleasant Weather

After the passing of the cold front, conditions look to be rather pleasant around Mid Missouri for the next couple of days. Temperatures will reach into the middle 80s as we head on into the weekend with plenty of sunshine. Good news is that humidity will be very low. Make some outdoor plans and get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather!

The Heat Moves In This Weekend

Overnight, a warm front looks to lift into the area bringing us a chance for some overnight showers. They may linger into you Friday morning but everything should clear out of here as we head on into the afternoon hours. Highs will be right around 90, about average for this time of the year.

As we head on into Saturday and Sunday afternoons, things look to get hot and sticky around Mid Missouri. The southerly flow will continue to stream up warm and moist air from the south. This will leave us with highs in the middle 90s across the area. Factor in the humidity because we will see plenty of it and it will feel like its in the triple digits out there. Make sure that if you have outdoor plans this weekend.. drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and wear plenty of sunscreen so that you don't burn. We will see plenty of sunshine so the pool or the lake would be a nice place to be for this weekend!
